Whether you are uploading your own probes, referencing from one of Agilent’s probe databases, or using Agilent probe design tools, eArray provides you with the flexibility to create the microarray design that meets your research needs. eArray currently supports gene expression (GE); comparative genomic hybridization (CGH), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP-on-chip) applications.
