    High-definition comparative genomic hybridization (HD-CGH) microarrays offer the highest available resolution tiling using Agilent’s database of over 8 million validated CGH probes, enabling you to perform global DNA variation profiling without amplification or complexity reduction. Our pre-designed probes are validated in silico for heightened sensitivity and specificity. They span exonic, intronic, and intergenic DNA regions for thorough, relevant coverage. When combined with our custom design technical support, our HD-CGH technology offers exciting options in copy number microarray design and analysis. In addition, genome-wide and focused design capabilities together allow you to perform analyzes at multiple levels, from large chromosomal profiles to in-depth analysis of pinpointed target areas.
