Agilent's ChIP Analytics software provides an intuitive user interface for visually exploring and analyzing data from Agilent ChIP-on-chip microarrays. ChIP Analytics enables simultaneous analysis of sets of microarrays with annotations, generating output reports that contain probe, sequence, and gene details. The peak detection visualization feature allows inspection of the regions-of-interest and a display of nearby genomic features for demonstrating the significance of protein binding events without extensive processing and manipulation. ChIP Analytics accepts data output from Agilent Feature Extraction software or AXON GenePix® software and offers user-configurable heuristics for binding event identification based on p-values and adjacent probes, as well as inter- and intra-array intensity normalization and error modeling.

The peak detection visualization feature allows inspection of regions-of-interest alongside a display of nearby genomic features. A simplified visualization process coupled with a user-friendly, easy-to-read interface enables identification of key binding events through simultaneous analysis of annotated microarray sets, comprehensive output reports with probe, sequence, and gene detail, UCSC track report capabilities, and convenient QC reports for experimental elements.
